Now of days, it’s necessary to attend the human way the economic goals, for that reason the education ministry has the mission of creating and publish laws that they speak about the importance the integral formation for all humans inside the globalization exigencies. When the person starts with this topic, each institution needs to think about their intern dynamics for guarantees academic and social Excellency

For ending, the language teachers have a goal: teaching English it’s important, but it’s necessary to integrate it for the pedagogical practice for doing better all students in a bilingual environment inside the schools. The principal motivation will be to start on a problem like a teacher about to learn the English teaching for doing big curriculum work, searching the learning don’t be outside the students, it’s better if the English will be part of their life.

Academics and teachers need to make the learning process stimulating for the student for many different reasons: the worst belief the learning will be boring, the final test it’s more important than the process, the curriculum process and sometimes they will forget the physical activity.

 For this reasons, with the different method, the teachers have three different strategies: breaking the monotony of learning when the teachers have a mix of activities for each topic, especially when the teacher remember the language importance for all tasks; the second is making the tasks more interesting with different challenges, made the content interesting for teenagers, sometimes the teacher can to use novelty, intriguing, exotic or personal elements; and finally increasing the involvement of the students when the task involves each participant and personalized assignments.

I think the most important thing for teaching a foreign language; it’s the didactic strategies to develop learning opportunities for learners of different ages. Maybe, the big problem in Colombian education is the English teachers in primary school or institutes (without English didactic formation) reproduce the teaching process using memory methods. I want to know some theory and practical knowledge for teaching English the best way and attending the ages and necessities.
